Happy New Year

It’s now 2026, and what have you done?

The world, life, us keep on adding pressure to our bodies, to our minds and souls and making “stress” the illness of the 21st century.

I welcome this new year with caution and hope, with eyes wide open and trust in my gut. Time is of the essence, and like the Lebanese-American poet Kahlil Gibran said on his book, The Prophet: “Who among you does not feel that his power to love is boundless? And yet who does not feel that very love, though boundless,  encompassed within the center of his being, and moving not from love thought to love thought,  nor from love deeds to other love deeds? And is not time even as love is, undivided and spaceless?”

Let’s grow in peace, love and compassion (with ourselves). Much love! Happy 2026.
